Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of the Wizrd platform, a predictive sales intelligence solution operated by Valour Marketing, delivered via web to contracting customers. By creating an account, accessing or using the service, you declare that you have read, understood and fully agree to these Terms.

Access to the platform requires a signup with true, complete and up-to-date information. The contractor is responsible for the confidentiality of the access credentials and for all actions taken on the account. Notify us immediately in case of unauthorized use.

Wizrd grants the contractor a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the platform, exclusively for the commercial purposes set out in the contracted plan.

The following are expressly prohibited:

• Copying, modifying, decompiling or reverse-engineering the platform.
• Reselling, sublicensing or providing access to unauthorized third parties.
• Using the platform for illegal, fraudulent or rights-violating purposes.
• Any action that compromises security, integrity or performance of the service.

Prices, terms and features of each plan are defined in the commercial proposal accepted by the contractor. Non-payment on the due date may result in suspension of access until settlement. Prices may be adjusted annually by an equivalent index.

• Provide truthful information and keep account data up to date.
• Ensure a proper legal basis for processing data of leads, customers and third parties.
• Use the platform in compliance with applicable law.
• Protect credentials and the team's use of the platform.

• Provide the platform with a reasonable level of availability, except for scheduled maintenance or force majeure events.
• Provide technical support through the channels and hours defined in the contracted plan.
• Adopt technical and organizational measures to protect the processed data.

All content, design, code, brand, layout and features of Wizrd are the exclusive property of Valour Marketing and protected by applicable law. Data inserted by the contractor remains their property.

The contractor may cancel the service at any time, subject to the deadlines and conditions of the commercial proposal. Wizrd may suspend or terminate access in case of breach of these Terms, default or misuse of the platform.

After termination, data may be kept for a reasonable period to meet legal obligations or made available for export, as agreed between the parties.

Wizrd is a tool that supports sales decisions. Its forecasts, suggestions and indicators must be interpreted by qualified professionals of the contractor. We are not liable for commercial decisions, revenue losses or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform, except within the limits provided by law.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service, in legislation or in internal practices. The current version is always published on this page, with the last update date. Continued use of the platform after changes represents acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The venue of Valour Marketing's headquarters is elected for any disputes, with waiver of any other, however privileged.
